Philip brings a rare blend of technical expertise and people-centric leadership to iwow. Leveraging several years in the IT industry—spanning IT project management, software development, system integration, and Enterprise Architecture. 

His key achievement was replacing a well-established, integrated application as Scrum Master and application owner. The idea started at a hackathon and went live successfully eight months later. He contributed to everything from UI and process design to data modelling and testing.

At iwow, Philip will step into a dual role as Project Manager and Business Analyst. He thrives on automating and streamlining processes, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, and acting as the crucial bridge between IT and the wider organisation.

Outside the office, you’ll find Philip on the football pitch, where he plays an active, driving role at Fröjdens FK. When he’s not chasing a ball, he and his partner love discovering the city’s latest culinary hotspots—always on the lookout for their next favourite restaurant.
